We’re beyond excited to announce our next Sunday chef takeover — and it’s a truly special one.

Bar Merenda is coming to Healesville

If you know, you know: owners Andy & Clare, alongside chefs Oli & Bree, have made Bar Merenda a beacon of seasonal, hyper-local dining in Daylesford. In just three short years, they've captured hearts with their warm hospitality, deep cellar, and honest Mediterranean-inspired food, earning a Chef’s Hat and the title of Best Victorian Bar in their very first year.

On Sunday 25th May, we’re handing them the reins for an unforgettable lunch. Oli & Bree will be pickling, roasting, dressing, curing, and cooking up a glorious Mediterranean menu, while Andy brings his signature warmth and passion to the floor. Expect a curated selection of stunning wines, plus pours from Clare and Andy’s own label, Ainsworth Wines.

It’s a true meeting of minds (and palates), and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share it with you.
