Our Sunday Lunch Guest Chef series is back and we’re very excited to host Tom Campbell from South Australia on Sunday May 31st! Tom has been busy running one of the countries most exciting new restaurants, Thelma in the Adelaide Hills. Established with talented friends Olivia Moore and the Spreadbury brothers, the venue is highly regarded for its hospitality, European-style daily changing menu and intimate dining experience. A creative, worldly and respected chef, his passion for South Australian produce blossomed during his time as co-Head Chef of the iconic Summertown Astrologist in the Adelaide Hills. Every chef we’ve hosted has asked when we’re going to have Tom and we can’t wait to see his take on Autumn produce here in the Yarra Valley!
